  1. Open the Calendar app on your Mac. You can open it in different ways but for now press the command + space bar to open the spotlight and search for it.

Following that, you need to set a time, for example, 2:20 PM Sunday, then press the Return key. After pressing the return key, now you will see a calendar event has been created. And this time you can use the Sleep Alarm Clock to set an alarm on your Mac. So, open the App store, search for it and download it right away.
